Maplewood Commons is a unique patio home community designed
for independent seniors who want to enjoy retirement living
but avoid the commitments of home ownership. Residents will appreciate
the spacious, one-level floor plans, attractive décor

An Array of Services
Maplewood Commons is open to persons age 62 or older. The
monthly rent includes:
- All maintenance and repairs
- Weekly housekeeping and linen service
- 24-hour campus security
- Daily continental breakfast and beverage service
- Trash and snow removal
- Lawn care
- Scheduled transportation to grocery stores, banks and places
of worship
- A variety of outings and social activities
- Home monitoring while away (watering plants, etc.)
Additional services will be offered at an additional charge,
including: medication reminders, prescription delivery, wake-up
calls, catering for special occasions, personal laundry (washed
and folded), hair salon services, transportation to medical
appointments.
Designed For Living
Residents will have their choice of floor plans with one or
two bedrooms, or a select number of one-bedroom units with
den. All three floor plans, which range from 1,050 to 1,200
square feet, are designed to be completely handicap-accessible.
Individual units feature a private concrete driveway, attached
single-car garage, covered front porch, private rear patio,
central air conditioning and a utility room with washer/dryer.
The modern kitchens feature oak cabinets, wood flooring
and full-size appliances, including refrigerator, electric
range, microwave, garbage disposal and dishwasher.

Maplewood Commons is located on Bennett Road in
Cheektowaga, between Union Road and Como Park Boulevard. Located
near malls, shopping, churches, restaurants and many other
services, scheduled transportation will be provided for resident
convenience.
A Continuum of Care
Sharing a campus with ElderWood Health Care at Maplewood and
ElderWood Village at Maplewood, residents of Maplewood Commons
will have peace of mind knowing that trained medical professionals
are right next door. And residents who eventually may require
subacute care, rehabilitation or assisted living services,
will receive priority status for admission to ElderWood’s
health care facilities. |
